I initially booked an appointment with Peninsula Hearing Care at their Teignmouth branch to have wax removed from my ears. This was handled efficiently and expertly by Tayla Peacock. This led me to book an appointment with Seamus McKenna, the audiologist, to be assessed for suitable hearing aids as I was struggling to pick up many everyday sounds and more importantly to fully grasp what people were saying to me in general conversation. In turn I had several appointments with Seamus before arriving at the perfect solution. I was prescribed and purchased the Phonak Virto 1 which uses wireless technology and is a custom in-ear hearing aid that is discreet and highly efficient. During my various appointments, which were also a trial period for the use of this product, Seamus was highly attentive, taking great care and extremely professional in his dealings with me. Phoned the Teignmouth branch for some replacement domes for my aids on Thursday 13th and received them today Saturday 15th. Wasn’t a customer of theirs but were so friendly and helpful, just sent them along with the invoice. Thank you so much. Will dfinitely return.
